Our Asphalt Warranty Program will reduce your Annual Parking Lot Maintenance and future repairs need for your parking lot and help keep your parking lot safe for your customers.

1 Year Warranty Option

Parking Lot patching and/or overlay repairs completed to CMS specifications with NO perimeter crack sealer.

2 Year Warranty Option

Parking Lot patching and/or overlay repairs completed to CMS specifications with perimeter of repaired areas routed and filled with crack sealer.

5 Year Warranty Option

Parking Lot patching and/or overlay repairs completed to CMS specifications, areas repaired are routed and filled with crack sealer, and during the third year two (2) coats of parking lot sealer will be applied.
